WORK HOURS:
Work usually from Monday to Friday, if required by the employer, possibility to work on weekends .
Single shift work system in case of higher demand possibility of multi-shift work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- EXPERIENCE WELCOME
- COMMUNICATIVE KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH
BASIC RATE: € 14.70 gross
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Contract for temporary workers on phase A for a fixed period. Contracts are signed for six months or one year. Dutch Contract.
REMUNERATION
Paid by wire transfer to a foreign currency bank account, each employee. First salary payable after the first 2 weeks worked. It is possible to take an advance of €50 after the first week worked. Advance paid to bank account. It will be best to secure yourself financially for these first two weeks of work. The table below shows the gross/net salary approximately after deducting housing and insurance costs. The salary shown may differ slightly from that actually earned
ADDITIONAL OVERTIME 135% of base rate calculated over 38hrs of work per week
ACCOMMODATION cost of accommodation € 125 per week per person deducted from wages. accommodation in detached houses and apartments -
rooms for 2-3 persons
- apartments equipped with washing machine, dryer, stove,
wifi, Polish TV
- kitchen and bathroom shared
- couples or family, if possible, are accommodated
together in a room
- The accommodations are located in the Westland
Transportation to and from work is provided by company cars or bicycles, depending on the distance of the accommodation and from the place of work, access by bicycle is up to about 7 km.The specified transportation is free of charge.
